Loheat 3000 Series

All models in the range have a large 19 litre external header tank with full size brass ball valve, and include sizes from 65 litres (14 gallons) up to 680 litres (150 gallons). Dual outlets are standard on 160-680 litre heaters.

• In-line ball valve and service valve for control of fill.

• Cost-effective running with elements from 3kW 240v up to 12kW 415v.

• Rod thermostat and analogue thermometer to control temperature

• Dual wash facility on all but the smallest models

• Plastic coated galvanised steel cabinet or stainless steel at extra cost.

Factory fitted options for control of fill and heating

24 hour vac pack

Specification as the standard 2000 series, but with the addition of a 24 hour time clock fitted on the heater for control of the element, and an external vacuum operated pinch valve to eliminate cold water entry when drawing off hot water.

dual wash pack

Specification as the standard 2000 series, but with the addition 2 x 24 hour clocks fitted on the heater to allow separate control of the heating element and cold water fill via a heavy duty external solenoid valve. A combistat provides combined temperature control and display.

remote control box

Specification as the standard 2000 series, but with the addition of a remote control box containing a time clock for control of heating cycle and a digital thermostat for setting and reading the temperature. (use in conjunction with a vac pack for fully automatic operation)

full remote control box

Specification as the standard 2000 series, but with the addition of a remote control box with digital thermostat for setting and reading the temperature, plus twin 24 hour clocks for separate control of the heating element and cold water fill through a heavy duty solenoid valve.

dx pack

Specification as the standard 2000 series, but specially adapted for cleaning dx bulk milk tanks, with the addition of a 0.5hp hot water pump delivering 20 litres/minute @ 20psi with a 24 or 48 hour time clock for every day or every other day collection.

Udder Washer

The NEW big capacity Udder Washer is ideally suited not only to udder washing in larger parlours, but to all those other areas where small quantities of hot water are needed on a regular basis.

An open vented system with an integral cold supply means there is no need to connect to a cold loft tank, and the heater can be connected directly to the mains. The cold tank has a capacity of 8 litres and is fitted with a full size brass ball valve. The hot tank has a capacity of 25 litres and will provide constant water at suitable temperature for udder washing.

Loheat water heater stand

Stand mounting is the recommended method of mounting your Loheat water heater. All heaters are fitted with retaining brackets or strips to tie the unit back to the wall for added security.

Due to the weight of the heaters when full, the wall brackets/strips are not suitable for wall mounting heaters, except on the smaller sizes.

It is recommended to use one of the range of strong galvanised stands to both increase the effectiveness of your water heater and to prolong it's life.

These heavy duty stands are supplied flat pack for easy self assembly.
